Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective customers to promote products and generate sales.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company information.
• Handle customer complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Coordinate and follow up with brands regarding customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues.
• Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage customer queries in a polite, confident, and efficient manner.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

LOCATION:KOZHIKODE , KERALA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
