As a Technical Support Representative at ByteReboot Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to assist US/Canada customers with issues related to computers, printers, networks, and similar devices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responding to inbound calls and providing top-quality service using voice support and remote assistance tools. - Recording, tracking, and updating all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - Performing basic technical troubleshooting and offering appropriate solutions or product recommendations. - Maintaining a strong rapport with customers by delivering consistent, high-quality service. - Participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and contributing to continuous learning. - Following all company policies, processes, and quality guidelines during every interaction. - Meeting performance goals such as resolution rate, CSAT, productivity benchmarks, and call quality standards. - Working closely with the team and supervisors to improve service delivery. - Staying updated on new tools, product updates, and best practices to enhance technical and customer service skills.
