Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the housing loan or affordable housing finance sector.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships through various digital journeys.
  • Proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple products as per requirements.
  • Adhere to all policies and guidelines for updating leads and closures, following best practices.
  • Execute activities and campaigns planned by the respective Digital Sales Manager.
  • Display customer centricity by executing customer interface processes within defined timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely service to customers seeking mortgage products.
  • Meet and exceed business targets in terms of profitability, product mix, and quality of sourcing.
  • Serve as the one-point contact for all financial needs for customers.
  • Ensure zero error in adherence to policies and systems.
  • Source files that meet specified guidelines and forge targeted client relationships within agreed timelines.
  • Meet and exceed customer acquisition targets, update on all leads shared by stakeholders, and meet sales targets for HL products in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure the customer satisfaction matrix is met for all client relationships and provide timely MIS reporting to concerned parties.
  • Clear the certification examination within specified timelines.
  • Possess knowledge about all financial products like Home Loans and Mortgages, statutory compliance, and local market procedures.
  • Demonstrate knowledge about legal agreement reviews, data uploads across SFDC, and the ability to analyze large data for opportunity sizing.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to converse and convince both internal and external stakeholders, and execute actionables promptly.
  • Job
  • Graduate degree required; Masters/Postgraduate optional.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Offline/Online Channel/Home Loan/Affordable Housing Finance sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of financial products such as Home Loans and Mortgages is necessary.
  • Understanding of statutory compliance and local market procedures is expected.
  • Familiarity with legal agreement reviews and data uploads across SFDC is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills are needed to analyze large data for opportunity sizing.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to display customer centricity in customer interactions.
