Customer Service Coordinator (Service Backoffice support)

Job Title: Service Coordinator – Back Office Operations

Product: KION-India Forklift

Location: Sanand Chaukdi (Mamta Complex), Sarkhej-Sanand Road, Ahmedabad

Work Mode: Office Only (No Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle service back-office operations efficiently
• Depute engineers for service requirements
• Manage warranty and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) checks
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service flow
• Check and manage spare parts inventory from Store In-charge / Parts Executive
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for service operations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Automobile Back Office / Service Back Office roles
• Freshers are not eligible
• Immediate joiners with relevant prior experience preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting Salary: ₹16,000 gross per month
• Experienced candidates can earn up to ₹27,000 gross (based on skills & experience)
