Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution Maintain customer satisfaction and high-quality service standards Document customer interactions and update records as required Preferred candidate profile Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) KPO / BPO / Any Experience are eligible Freshers are encouraged to apply Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle multitask effectively Positive attitude and willingness to learn Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)
