Job Description

Looking for a young, dynamic female candidate for customer support who could go beyond the roles of handling customer queries. The candidate will not only learn about how to handle customer queries but also get a chance to learn in-depth about products and formulations. She will play a key role in new launches and improving the customer experience on existing products

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inbound queries through various customer channels
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about the product, formulations that could be used to handle customer queries, and suggest improvements
  • Provide support and input in new product development
