Customer Service Associate

Global HR Company Kollam is hiring smart and enthusiastic Female Customer Service Associates to join our growing team. The primary role is to assist walk-in and phone enquiries related to overseas job opportunities and visa processes. Comprehensive training will be provided. Languages - Malayalam Must and (English Tamil and Hindi Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries related to visas, documentation, and overseas job opportunities.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding various country-specific procedures.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service and application processing.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and support office operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
