As a Female Customer Service Associate at Global HR Company Kollam, your primary responsibility will be to assist walk-in and phone inquiries related to overseas job opportunities and visa processes. Keeping records of customer interactions and ensuring follow-ups when necessary will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure seamless client service and application processing. Additionally, you will handle basic administrative duties to support office operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This is a full-time position located in Kollam, Kerala, with a requirement to work in person.
