The Role

Customer Service Associate

What Youll Do

• Respond to customer queries with professionalism and empathy
• Manage the full customer support cycle: resolution & follow-up
• Convert orders into production documents (red sheets / promissory sheets)
• Escalate issues when needed and maintain accurate records
• Stay updated on our products and services

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Strong written & spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets & Docs
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Customer service or e-commerce experience is a plus

Schedule

• Weekdays:

  12 PM 6 PM (On-site)

  +

  6 PM 10 PM (WFH)

• Sunday:

  WFH

• Weekly off: Tuesday
