Role & responsibilities

• As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers across various channels Voice (Inbound/Outbound), Chat, and Email. Your role includes:
• Handling queries related to Trading and Demat accounts (Equity, F&O, Mutual Funds, Commodities, Currency).
• Resolving customer complaints, requests, and account-related concerns.
• Escalating unresolved cases to the right teams for quicker resolution.
• Documenting customer interactions and contributing to knowledge-base articles.
• Ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction (CX) at every touchpoint.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresher Graduates (preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics)
• Freshers/ candidates with experience in Customer Service, Broking, or Banking
• Basic computer skills and understanding of financial systems
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Problem-solvers with a sharp eye for detail and customer-first mindset
