The Accounts Payable Processing team is responsible for developing, implementing, overseeing, and supporting all activities related to accounts payable. This includes applying appropriate processes, policies, and systems to ensure efficiency. The team handles the accurate and timely billing and processing of invoices, including both purchase and non-purchase invoices, manages payments, and performs bank reconciliations. Customer service refers to the assistance and support provided by a business or organization to its customers before, during, and after a purchase or use of a product or service. It involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build and maintain positive relationships.
