Customer Service - Assisted Sales

Role Overview: You will be responsible for promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products from the available range. Manage and track customer concerns, ensuring accurate handling and timely delivery of online orders through effective account management. Assist customers during the online shopping journey through assisted sales, helping them make informed purchasing decisions and improving conversion rates. Additionally, you will be required to document product/order-related information. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email - Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products - Manage and track customer concerns, ensuring accurate handling and timely delivery of online orders - Assist customers during the online shopping journey through assisted sales - Document product/order-related information Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, direct, telephone, or email support - Proficiency in handling emails or chat processes - Customer-oriented with the ability to effectively handle customer queries - Excellent communication skills - Previous experience in telephonic sales is an added advantage - Experience in e-commerce customer service is preferred, but experience in luxury travel or jewelry sectors will also be considered.,
