Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Assistant with at least 1 year of hands-on experience, primarily responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat as needed.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and outcomes using the company’s support tools.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic, solution-oriented service.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Prior experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM or support platforms is a plus.
