Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Matunga, Mumbai
Qualification: Graduate (any discipline; preference for Business/Commerce background)
Experience: 2–4 years in customer service or client-facing roles
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage client queries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or in person.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and explaining products/services.
• Escalate complex cases to senior management when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving approach.
