Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. Retirement solution is a comprehensive process to understand how much money you will need when you retire. Retirement solution also helps you identify the best Process of inputting, updating, or managing information in various digital formats. This includes tasks such as typing data into spreadsheets or databases, verifying accuracy, and ensuring that information is organized and accessible. Data entry services are often outsourced to specialized providers for efficiency and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
What are we looking for?
- Process financial and non-financial transactions for assigned clients/ transactions. Ensuring accuracy on transactions processed
- Strict adherence to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality.
- Complies with all client policies, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations and escalates issues to the management.
- Research on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams and reply to the same within stipulated time.
- Identify and help drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize transactions (high value/ aging etc).
- Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.
- Identify triggering event occurrences - death, returned payment, regulatory change, etc.
- Send preliminary due diligence letter using Customer approved template(s) and perform quality control review
- If no response is received from the property owner, funds are deemed unclaimed and move through the escheatment process.
- Perform research to locate the property owner.
- Send statutory due diligence letter using Customer approved template(s).
- If response received, follow Procedures Manual based on scenario.
- If property owner is not found/response is not received, prepare holder report and file with applicable state.
- Escheatment process: close funds remitted to the state and records in the unclaimed property unit.
- Reconcile escheatment to the general ledger as part of the monthly reconciliation.
- Conduct research to determine if new payment information is available. If new information is available, perform a stop/reissue. If new information is not available, mark funds for escheatment.
- Receive notification by Customer client that payment needs to be stopped/reissued. Perform research on request to determine payment status. Roles and Responsibilities:

- In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
- You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
