Project Title :CSP Mitra (Customer Service Point Mitra Program)

Overview:

CSP Mitra acts as a Customer Service Point, also known as a Bank Mitra or Business Correspondent (BC).
It is a small banking outlet that acts as a mini bank.
These points are authorized by State Bank of India (SBI) to provide basic banking services, especially in rural or remote areas where a full-fledged bank branch may not be available.

Services Offered by an SBI Customer Service Point:

• Opening new accounts, including Jan Dhan accounts.
• Cash deposits and withdrawals.
• Fund transfers.
• Balance inquiry and mini statements.
• Assistance with social security schemes like Atal Pension Yojana.
• Loan recovery.

Roles and Responsibilities of CSP Mitra:

• Conduct a minimum of fifty (50) visits per month per CSP outlet.
• Ensure rectification of irregularities / observations pointed out during audits or visits.
• Ensure infrastructure (passbook printer / m-ATM / TAB device, etc.) is functional.
• Monitor activities at the CSP outlets.
• Perform any other activity advised by the Bank regarding CSP visit or monitoring.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
