Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at our company, your role will involve acting as a point of contact between customers and the company, responding to customer queries, and assisting them in making purchases. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by promptly replying to emails, answering calls, staying informed, and following up with customers. Additionally, you will be required to provide detailed and accurate quotations with the assistance of internal managers, maintain sales records, release sales orders, and update them in the CRM system. Internal communication with other teams such as purchase and finance will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a point of contact between customers and the company - Respond to customer queries and assist them in making purchases - Provide excellent customer service through prompt email responses, call answering, and proactive communication - Generate detailed and accurate quotations with the help of internal managers - Maintain sales records, release sales orders, and update them in the CRM system - Communicate internally with other teams like purchase and finance - Participate in sales meetings Qualifications Required: - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic arithmetic skills - Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Working knowledge of CRM software for customer data management - Proficiency in spoken and written English - 0-10 years of work experience In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to learn about our products, services, and company policies regularly. This is a full-time, permanent position with no travel requirements, as it is a fully office-based job. Please note that proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is preferred for this role.
