Production Planner

Qualification: BE Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical

Job Profile:

• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
• Provide leadership and guidance to production teams to ensure the timely completion of tasks and adherence to production schedules.
• Motivate and train employees to enhance productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality and efficiency standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, quality inspections, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.
• Prepare regular reports and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess production efficiency and quality levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
