Industry: Banking & Financial Services (DSA) Location: Indore Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply) Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, assist customers with banking products, and maintain long-term relationships. The role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with banks, and ensuring smooth loan processing. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding banking and loan products Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable loan products Coordinate with internal teams and bank partners for document collection and processing Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality Achieve assigned targets and performance metrics Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate or equivalent (preferred) Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability Basic knowledge of banking/loan products is an advantage Ability to work in a target-driven environment Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools (preferred) Working Details:Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Working Days: 6 days a week What We Offer:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Growth opportunities in the banking and finance sector Professional and supportive work environment Training and skill development
