Customer Sales Associate (Voice Process)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Customer Sales Associate (Voice Process). The Customer Sales Associate will be responsible for answering and managing customer inquiries through phone calls, providing product and service information, handling and resolving customer complaints, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. The role involves achieving sales targets, upselling and cross-selling products, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires following up with customers on order status, ensuring troubleshooting and providing comprehensive customer support.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints over the phone
• Sales techniques and experience in achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of CRM systems and maintaining customer records
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Experience in customer sales or customer service roles is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer support are beneficial
