Job Description

Job Responsibilities :-

Customer Renewal:

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers.
  • Monitor upcoming renewals, forecast risks/opportunities, and proactively address any issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely renewal quotes, contract preparation, and billing alignment.
  • Negotiate renewal terms within predefined guidelines to ensure a high renewal rate.

Customer Engagement:

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, or adoption sessions to understand customer goals and align product value.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by providing feedback to Product, Support, and Marketing teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
