Customer Retention Specialist

Role Overview: As part of the Customer Experience Team at VGL India, your role will involve assisting in the delivery of the customer retention strategy, focusing on reaching target audiences, retaining and winning back customers for both TV, digital, and web business. Your customer-centric approach will contribute to the TJC Omni-channel journey, playing a pivotal role in a new and exciting department that aims to transform the customer experience across the entire business. You will have the opportunity to develop digital and traditional direct customer marketing skills, as well as enhance your core management and leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Work within the Customer Experience function to oversee an Omni-channel customer experience and retention strategy - Collaborate with TV, marketing, and digital teams to execute the customer strategy effectively - Lead the development of the CRM strategy, including initiatives like the TJC loyalty program - Analyze customer behaviors, provide recommendations to drive customer retention, recency, frequency, and value - Create and manage campaigns using tools like Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, and MS Excel - Analyze and report on customer activity, suggesting improvements - Manage budgets and ensure ROI targets are met Qualification and Experience: - Strong proficiency in MS Excel is a must - Knowledge of SQL and/or R is preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Company Details: VGL is committed to sustainable business practices, with a focus on renewable energy to mitigate climate change risks.
