We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at Talentpop App. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer retention and experience working with customers.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer retention process.
Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to retain high-value customers.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer retention, such as customer churn rate and net expansion score.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer retention or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools, and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
