Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at Talentpop App. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer retention and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and feedback sessions.
Identify and address customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer retention process.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer retention or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with customer retention software and tools is an asset.
