Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Representative Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Representative Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling inquiries. Daily tasks include interacting with customers, resolving issues, maintaining records of customer interactions, and collaborating with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing Customer Support Excellent Analytical Skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Location - Ahmedabad Immediate Joiner
