Customer Renewal Specialist - French Speaker

As a Customer Renewal Specialist in our Retention team, your role will involve: - Approach existing customers to ensure a high service level and customer retention - Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and e-mail - Discover cross and up-sell opportunities with the existing customer base - Follow up and negotiate with customers to prevent churn and generate pricing quotes for renewals - Collect and analyze feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty Qualifications required for this role include: - Fluency in French is a must and English is mandatory, further languages are a plus - Experience in sales, customer retention, or customer service, ideally with up-selling and cross-selling - Ideally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge - Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and enjoy working in an international team - Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously - Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction - Scrutiny of customer data management and renewal processes - A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service - Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve common goals - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high workload Join us in our Mumbai office and benefit from a hybrid working arrangement.
