Customer Relationship officer

As a Customer Relationship Officer (No Sales) based in Kaloor, Kochi, your primary responsibility is to maintain positive relationships with customers and address their inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing support to customers and resolving queries via calls and emails. - Assisting in maintaining strong customer relationships. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information. - Handling customer requests and escalating issues when necessary. - Recording and maintaining customer interaction details. To excel in this role, you should have good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Telugu/Hindi is a plus), the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude with a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate for this position should be a 12th pass or a graduate (with or without back papers) and open to any gender. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a rotational week off (Sunday fixed off). The salary offered for this full-time position ranges from 10,000 to 11,000 per month.
