Customer Relationship Officer

As a Customer Relations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs efficiently. You should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. You will be expected to handle customer complaints professionally, provide timely solutions, and escalate issues when necessary. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and support teams will be essential to ensure seamless customer experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, interactions, and feedback in CRM systems. Your role will also involve suggesting and implementing ways to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness, as well as analyzing customer feedback to generate reports and insights for business improvement. To qualify for this position, you should have at least a 12th Pass or Graduation in any stream. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers. Proficiency in English is preferred.
