Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for delivering a premium customer experience by building long-term relationships, understanding customer preferences, providing personalised service, and supporting sales conversions and brand loyalty initiatives in the Watches Division.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

Greet and engage customers warmly and professionally
Understand, document, and maintain customer preferences in CRM systems
Proactively follow up with loyal and high-value customers
Drive customer retention, repeat visits, and referrals

Customer Service & Complaint Handling

Address and resolve customer concerns in line with SOPs
Ensure timely communication on repairs, returns, and service status
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams promptly

CRM & Loyalty Program Management

Educate customers about loyalty program benefits
Facilitate customer enrollment into loyalty programs
Track customer lifecycle value and drive repeat purchases

Retail Support & Coordination

Support store sales through relationship-based selling
Coordinate with merchandising for customer-specific requirements
Assist in visual merchandising updates for key clientele

Feedback & Reporting

Collect customer feedback and insights on products and services
Share regular reports with CRM and sales teams
Track resolution trends and recommend service improvements

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate preferred

Relevant Experience: 1-4 years in customer relationship or front-end retail roles
