Customer Relationship Officer

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you will provide solutions and effectively resolve customer queries, while meeting and exceeding sales and service targets consistently. It will be your duty to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service and overall experience. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Insurance, Banking, or Educational sector, along with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
