Job RoleWe are hiring a Customer Relationship Officer (Sales) to handle customer calls, understand issues with Apple devices, share quotations, guide customers to the nearest store, and manage price negotiations and escalations professionally. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls regarding Apple device issues Identify problems and share accurate service quotes Redirect customers to nearest store locations Manage price negotiations and resolve escalations Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth service flow Support sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction RequirementsFluency in English + 2–3 South Indian languages (Kannada/Hindi/Telugu/Tamil) 1–3 years’ experience in customer service/sales Strong communication & customer-handling skills Willing to work 6 days a week (rotational Sunday shifts) Based in Bangalore or ready to relocate Compensation💰 Salary: ₹4–5 LPA 🎯 Incentives: Performance-based 📄 Final CTC: After interview based on skills & Communication
