Job SummaryWe are seeking skilled and experienced Mobile & Laptop Repair Technicians to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing iPhones, Android devices, MacBooks, and Windows laptops, while ensuring a seamless customer experience. The technician will also be responsible for performing on-site repairs at customer locations as required. Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in mobile phones and laptops (iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows). Perform repairs including screen replacement, battery replacement, motherboard-level repair, and software troubleshooting. Provide professional on-site repair services at customer locations across Hyderabad. Ensure timely, high-quality, and customer-focused service delivery. Maintain accurate service and repair records. Stay updated on the latest repair techniques, tools, and industry trends. RequirementsProven experience in mobile and laptop repairs (iPhone, Android, MacBook, Windows laptops). Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software diagnostics. Ability to perform motherboard-level repairs will be an added advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Willingness to travel to customer locations within Hyderabad.
