Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer based in Vallamkulam, Tiruvalla. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, providing financial advisement, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, conducting sales activities, and supporting business relationship management initiatives to drive customer retention and acquisition.

Qualifications

Business Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
Experience in Finance management and advisement
Strong Communication skills
Proven Sales experience
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Prior experience in the banking industry is preferred
