Job Description

Interact with walk-in and inbound customers to understand and resolve queries, issues, or service requests.
Promote and cross-sell company products/services based on customer needs.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
