As a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) at our company, your primary role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. Qualifications Required: - 1+ year of experience in customer service or relationship management. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in CRM software is a plus. - Fluency in Kannada; English proficiency is preferred.,
