Female Basketball Coach

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated female basketball coach to join our school’s sports department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in basketball and a passion for training and mentoring students of all ages and skill levels. The coach will be responsible for organizing and leading training sessions, preparing students for competitions, and fostering a positive sports culture. Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct regular basketball practice sessions Teach basketball fundamentals, techniques, and game strategies Prepare students for school-level and inter-school competitions Promote physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork Ensure student safety and proper use of equipment Monitor individual and team progress Coordinate with the school’s PE department and administration Maintain sports equipment and inventory Requirements: Prior experience in coaching basketball (school/youth level preferred) Strong knowledge of basketball techniques, rules, and strategies Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills Physically fit and able to demonstrate drills Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field (preferred) Coaching certification from a recognized authority (preferred) Female candidates only Benefits: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience Access to school facilities and equipment Supportive work environment Opportunities for professional development Participation in sports events and tournaments Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
