Female Basketball Coach

As a female basketball coach in our school's sports department, your role will involve organizing and leading training sessions to prepare students of all ages and skill levels for basketball competitions. You will play a crucial part in fostering a positive sports culture and promoting physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork among students. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and conduct regular basketball practice sessions - Teach basketball fundamentals, techniques, and game strategies - Prepare students for school-level and inter-school competitions - Promote physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork - Ensure student safety and proper use of equipment - Monitor individual and team progress - Coordinate with the school's PE department and administration - Maintain sports equipment and inventory Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in coaching basketball (school/youth level preferred) - Strong knowledge of basketball techniques, rules, and strategies - Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Physically fit and able to demonstrate drills - Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field (preferred) - Coaching certification from a recognized authority (preferred) - Female candidates only The company offers a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, access to school facilities and equipment, a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional development, and participation in sports events and tournaments.
