Role Overview: As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing both digital and on-ground marketing initiatives. This role is a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys marketing that bridges the gap between creativity, communication, and user engagement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design impactful brand campaigns and build meaningful connections with audiences across both online and offline touchpoints. Responsibilities: - Lead and support the execution of on-ground marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and customer engagement. - Coordinate with local vendors, business partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. - Collect user and stakeholder feedback to improve campaign relevance and performance. - Assist in planning and implementing promotions, brand activations, and strategic partnerships. - Collaborate with design and content teams to localize campaign messaging for different regional and audience segments. - Monitor, analyze, and report campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements. - Contribute creative, context-aware marketing ideas tailored to local markets and business goals. What We're Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in any field. - Excellent communication skills. Both written and verbal. - Creative mindset with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across teams. - Familiarity in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Sheets. - Willingness to be actively involved in both digital and field marketing activities.
