Job Description: We're looking for a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) passionate about engaging with customers buying our premium flats & apartments and guiding them through the purchase journey to post-possession delight. You'll play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring customers experience the best of Dream Home Developers' residential offerings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Engagement for Flats/Apartments: Foster strong relationships with buyers of our premium apartments/flats, focusing on project merits. 2. Product Knowledge: Have in-depth understanding of apartment specifications and features like Individual Floor Apartments, private terraces, EV etc. 3. Lead Handling & Site Visits: Proactively speak with customers inquiring about flats/apartments; coordinate and arrange site visits for interested clients. 4. Follow-up & Deal Closure: Follow up diligently with clients post-inquiry/site visit; work towards closing deals for flats/apartments, ensuring customer satisfaction. 5. Customer Service Excellence: Address customer concerns about apartments—be it specifications, payment plans, possession timelines, amenities, etc. 6. Handover & Post-Possession: Ensure smooth handover of apartments; manage post-sale customer interactions for flats. 7. Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback on our apartment products to enhance offerings and customer delight. 8. Promote Key USP: Highlight unique selling points of Dream Nest flats, like individual floor apartments for privacy, connectivity, and lifestyle amenities. 9. Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, legal, and project teams for a seamless customer experience for apartment buyers. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Education: Any Bachelor’s degree 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate selling flats/apartments. 3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication in English and Tamil. 4. Real Estate Awareness: Good understanding of the apartment buying process and customer expectations in residential real estate. 5. Customer Focus: Strong orientation to delight customers buying premium flats/apartments. 6. Problem-Solving: Address customer queries effectively on aspects like apartment specifications, payments, and possession. 7. Digital Comfort: Proficiency in CRM tools relevant for tracking apartment sales and customer interactions. 8. Persuasion & Follow-up Skills: Ability to effectively follow up with prospects and drive deal closure.
