Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer (Sales). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving escalations, coordinating appointments, and contributing to overall sales performance. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven ability to meet sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate, effective resolutions.
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate customer appointments across store locations.
  • Ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience from initial contact through post-service follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through strong persuasion and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in at least two to three South Indian languages (such as Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil) is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the retail or service industry.
  • Customer Orientation: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging interactions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work six days a week, including rotational Sunday shifts.
  • Location: Candidates must be based in Bangalore or open to relocation.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (based on experience and performance)
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
  • CTC: Final CTC will be communicated upon successful completion of the selection process

Working Hours

  • Shift: Day shift, 9 hours per day
  • Sunday Work: Flexibility required for rotational Sunday shifts
