Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Relationship Manager. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer communication, identifying opportunities for improvement, coordinating with internal teams, providing personalized solutions, and developing strategies to strengthen customer engagement.
