Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to oversee client interactions and ensure a seamless pre-sales & post-sales experience. The ideal candidate will handle payment follow-ups, registration coordination, and customer support, building strong and lasting relationships that reflect the values of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers on property registration processes, ensuring timely completion and documentation.
• Regularly communicate with clients for payment reminders, EMI schedules, and dues collection.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communication, payments, and registration status.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (sales, legal, accounts).
• Address customer queries, concerns, or issues with professionalism and promptness.
• Coordinate with legal and accounts teams to resolve documentation or payment-related issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive engagement throughout the ownership journey.
• Prepare and share regular reports on customer follow-ups, pending payments, and registration progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or CRM, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication (Tamil & English), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to handle customer pressure with a calm and solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualities:

• Real estate or property management experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
• Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage.
