Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Customer Relationship Manager. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Other key tasks include coordinating with internal teams to meet customer expectations, resolving complaints efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The Customer Relationship Manager will also analyze customer feedback to improve services and drive client retention.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and relationship building
• Organizational and problem-solving skills for complaint resolution and coordinating with teams
• Proficiency in client relationship management tools and software
• Analytical skills to monitor client feedback and drive improvements
• Prior experience in customer service or account management roles is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages would be a plus
