Role: Senior CRM Specialist

We are seeking a experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with 1 - 5 years of experience in any CRM Software to manage client engagement, retention & satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & maintain a positive & long-term relationship with clients.
• Ensure high satisfaction and engagement has been maintained with clients.
• Acts as a primary point of contact for client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate CRM databases and track client interaction.
• Escalating & resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
• Address technical and operations issues as and when required.
• Understand customer individual needs and addressing those.
• Payment collections as per schedule.
• Contact clients via calls, emails or meeting to ensure they are satisfied with our services.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any Bachelor Degree
• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in CRM Software.
• Pleasing Personality with ability to understand clients need.
• Ability to work independently with accountability and ownership
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (English / Tamil)
