Job Description

Position Title: Customer Relationship Manager Department: Customer Service Company: EOS GLOBE Work Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: The Customer Support Executive will manage customer interactions through voice-based channels, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and maintaining high service quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively. Update customer information accurately in the CRM system. Adhere to organizational quality, compliance, and process guidelines. Escalate unresolved issues when necessary. Maintain performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in any voice process (mandatory). Good command over English communication (Versant Level 4 is required). Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, or Tamil as per process requirement. Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred. Compensation Details: For Hindi, Marathi, and Bengali language specialists, the CTC is ₹26,000 with a take-home salary of ₹24,000. For Tamil language specialists, the CTC is ₹25,000 with a take-home salary of ₹23,000. Key Requirements Immediate joiners preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Willingness to work in a voice-based customer support role.
