The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring timely communication, managing order updates, handling inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers regarding pending orders, new order requirements, and product updates. Provide timely updates on the status of ongoing orders and dispatch schedules. Share pricing information and commercial details for new or repeat orders. Gather client feedback and relay it to the relevant departments for service improvement. Maintain accurate records of customer communications, orders, and follow-ups. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt, polite, and solution-oriented responses. Collaborate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements. Resolve basic issues or escalate them to the concerned departments when necessary. Build long-term relationships with key clients to promote repeat business and loyalty. Keep up-to-date records using CRM tools or internal systems. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; preference will be given to candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service. 1–3 years of experience in customer service or CRM roles (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with Excel, email, and CRM tools. A proactive attitude, patience, and strong follow-up ability. Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.
