Job Overview

Homzinterio is seeking a

Customer Relationship Manager

for a full-time position in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating to enhance the customer experience.

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage customer and ensure all inquiries and needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with the interior design team to align customer expectations with project deliverables.
Coordinate between various departments to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.
