Job Description

About the Role: We are hiring a Relationship Manager (RM) to handle client and staff coordination for our trusted maid and domestic help services. You will be the main point of contact between clients and our workforce — ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving queries, and maintaining strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements. Coordinate with maids, nannies, baby care staff, and other domestic helpers. Maintain follow-ups and ensure excellent after-service support. Handle documentation and basic data entry related to bookings. Resolve any client or staff concerns professionally. Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi/English). Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude. Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred). Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, calls, simple Excel). Prior experience in client handling, coordination, or similar roles is a plus.
