Customer Relationship Manager

As a CRM Executive at SRS, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing client relationships with maturity, empathy, and strong communication skills. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing customer interactions through calls, emails, and meetings with professionalism and empathy. - Updating and maintaining client records using CRM software and Excel. - Understanding customer needs and providing timely solutions for a smooth client experience. - Generating, analyzing, and presenting customer reports and data insights. - Assisting the sales and service teams in maintaining strong client relations. - Effectively handling escalations and ensuring quick resolutions. - Supporting in planning and executing customer engagement initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - A graduate in any field (Business/Marketing/Commerce preferred). - Strong proficiency in MS Excel is a plus. - Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. - A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Knowledge of CRM tools/software will be an added advantage.
