Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer queries, concerns, and requests over the phone in line with company standards
• Accurately record customer interactions and follow-up tasks in internal systems
• Understand and support multiple insurance products and service processes
• Use pre-defined scripts to offer product information and retain customers
• Provide clear summaries of unresolved queries for internal escalation
• Handle irate customers with empathy and professionalism
• Meet performance metrics including call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing team initiatives and improvement programs.
